History of Lachman
The roots of our company can be traced back to our great-grandfather Rudolf.
In the 1930s Rudolf Lachman founded a carpenter’s shop and produced horse carriages, woodwork for car bodies, windows, doors, sledges, skis and solid wood furniture.
- In 1990, Hubert Lachman officially resumed furniture production in the carpenter’s shop in Držovice.
- In 1993 the brothers Hubert, Edvard and Rudolf founded the company LACHMAN INTERIER DESIGN.
- In 1994, the company bought a production area on Plumlovská Street in Prostějov.
In the late 90s. years of the 20th century we are reconstructing an administrative building and a production area.
Already in 2000 we received our first orders for hotel equipment abroad.
The production area is gradually being renovated and new production halls are being built up to the current capacity of more than 4500m2 of production space and more than 1000m2 of sales and administrative space.
